Radiator fan is activated when radiator and condenser fan relays are grounded.

Voltage for fan operation is supplied at all times to fan relays through fuse No. 45 (condenser) and fuse No. 47 (radiator). When ignition switch is on voltage is supplied to fan relays through fuse No. 9. Fans are activated when relays are grounded through ECT switch when coolant temperature exceeds 203°F (95°C), through PCM or when A/C switch and blower motor switch are in ON position.
