Gear Position Switch Test

- Remove center console. Disconnect shifter gear position switch connector(s). See Figure .
- Using a DVOM, check for continuity between specified terminals of gear position switch terminals, with gear selector in appropriate position. See GEAR POSITION SWITCH CONTINUITY table. Replace gear position switch if continuity is not as specified.
