Piston Pin Installation

  1. Ensure piston and connecting rod are positioned as shown. See Fig 1. Turn handle on Piston Pin Driver (07973-PE00320) to adjust piston pin driver length. Piston driver length is 2.09" (53.0 mm).
  2. Install Pilot Collar (07973-PE00200) into piston and connecting rod. Lubricate new piston pin lightly. Place piston onto base with embossed side facing up and press in piston pin.
