Anti-Lock Brake System: Description
The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) is designed to prevent wheel lock-up during hard braking, allowing driver to maintain control of vehicle. System consists of control unit, accumulator, ABS pump (power unit), 4 wheel sensors, modulator, warning light, master cylinder, power booster assembly and connecting wiring. See Fig 1 .
