Motor Test

  1. Remove the door trim panel.See DOOR TRIM PANEL  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  2. Disconnect the 4-P connector from the door wire harness.
  3. Test Motor operation by connecting battery voltage to the No. 1 and No. 2 terminals. See Fig 1 .
  4. Test the motor in each direction, by switching the leads from the battery.
  5. If the motor does not run, replace it.
