System Tests: Notes

Before testing, remove the dashboard lower panel, knee bolster. Push out the switch from behind the instrument panel, then disconnect the 10-P connector to remove the switch. See Fig 1 . Next, check for blown No. 18 (10A) fuse in the dash fuse box.
