Interlock Control Unit

When shift position console switch is in Park, ATCU provides voltage to shift lock circuit in interlock control unit, provided brake pedal is depressed and accelerator is in idle position. Interlock control unit then operates shift lock solenoid by controlling ground circuit. When shift lock solenoid is energized, shift lever is released and can be moved.
