Air Intake System

The air intake system used on fuel injected vehicles, supplies air for all engine needs. System consists of an cleaner, air intake pipe, throttle body, Electronic Air Control Valve (EACV), by-pass control system (Accord and Prelude), tandem control system (Civic and CRX TBI), fast idle mechanism (except TBI) and intake manifold. All models incorporate a resonator chamber in the air intake pipe that provides silencing as air is drawn into the system.
