Intake Air Temperature Sensor

  1. Disconnect intake air sensor connector. Check continuity across terminals of connector. The sensor should not have continuity if air temperature is more than 73°F (23°C).
  2. The sensor should have continuity if air temperature is lower than 40°F (4.5°C). Replace intake air temperature sensor if not as specified.
