NOTE: For power door lock control module connector terminal identification, see POWER DOOR LOCK CONTROL MODULE CONNECTOR TERMINAL ID table. See Fig 1 .
NOTE: If left front power door lock switch, and power window system do not operate, check for open in Black wire between power window/door lock switch assembly and ground connection. Ground connection is located behind left side of instrument panel, above fuse block No. 2. If Black wire is okay, replace power window/door lock switch assembly.
  1. Lock all doors and tailgate. Insert door key into left front door lock cylinder and turn key clockwise to UNLOCK position. If ALL doors and tailgate unlock, go to next step. If SOME doors or tailgate do not unlock, go to step 7). If ALL doors and tailgate do not unlock, go to step 19).
  2. With key in left front door lock cylinder, turn key counterclockwise to LOCK position. If ALL doors and tailgate lock, go to next step. If SOME doors or tailgate do not lock, go to step 7). If ALL doors and tailgate do not lock, go to step 20).
  3. Ensure all doors and tailgate are unlocked. Insert key into right front door lock cylinder and turn key clockwise to LOCK position. If all doors and tailgate lock, go to next step. If all doors and tailgate do not lock, go to step 25).
