Neutral Safety Switch: Prizm

  1. Set parking brake. Place gearshift in Neutral. Loosen neutral safety switch adjusting bolt. See Fig 2. Align neutral basic line scribed in switch body with groove in switch sleeve. See Fig 2.
  2. Hold switch at this position and tighten neutral witch adjusting bolt to 48 INCH lbs. (5.4 N.m). Ensure starter operates with transaxle in Neutral and Park only.
