Preliminary Checks

Check WIP (20-amp) fuse. Ensure ground connections are clean and tight. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If washer does not operate, ensure washer fluid reservoir is adequately filled, that hoses are not kinked or pinched, and that hoses are correctly routed. Before component replacement, ensure connections at related component and in-line harness connector terminals are okay. Ensure wiper mechanical linkage is okay.
