Removal & Installation

Remove distributor cap and rotor. Remove CMP sensor cover. Remove 2 CMP sensor screws and remove (CMP) sensor from distributor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Move CMP sensor until aligned with signal rotor ridge. Adjust air gap to .008-.016" (.20-.41 mm). Tighten CMP sensor mounting screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
