Driver-Side Air Bag Inflator Module: Removal

Disconnect negative battery cable. Disable air bag system. See DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM  . Remove access covers on side of steering wheel. See Figure . Disconnect 2 horn wire connectors. Using Torx socket, remove air bag inflator module retaining bolts. Remove air bag inflator module.
