Right Front Window Does Not Close With Either Right Front Door Switch Pulled Up
- Turn ignition switch to ON position. Using test light, backprobe between right front door power window switch connector terminal No. 5 (Green/Red wire) and ground. Pull right front power window switch in left front power window/door lock switch to UP position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Green/Red wire. If Green/Red wire is okay, replace left front power window/door lock switch.
- Using test light, backprobe between right front power window motor connector terminal No. 2 (Green wire). Pull right front power window switch in left front power window/door lock switch to UP position. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Yellow wire between right front power window switch and right front door power window motor. If Yellow wire is okay, replace right front door power window switch.
- Ensure both right front power window switches are released. Turn ignition to LOCK position. Disconnect right front door power window motor connector. Using test light, probe between right front door power window motor switch side connector terminal No. 1 (Green wire) and battery voltage. If test light does not illuminate, go to next step. If test light illuminates, replace right front door power window motor.
- Ensure both right front power window switches are released. Using test light, backprobe between right front door power window switch connector terminal No. 2 (Blue/White wire) and battery voltage. If test light does not illuminate, check for open in Blue/White wire. If Blue/White wire is okay, replace left front power window/door lock switch. If test light illuminates, check for open in Green wire between right front door power window switch and motor. If Green wire is okay, replace right front power window switch.
