Ensure O2S1 pigtail is not in contact with exhaust system. Check PCM-to-engine grounds. If fuel pressure is too low, DTC P0130 may set. Vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks and fuel contamination can cause faulty O2S1 readings and set DTC P0130.
