Circuit Test B2-4 - No Communication From Data Link Connector: Condition

Some scan tools require an external power feed. Ensure correct power feed is being used. Try scan tool on another vehicle to ensure scan tool and/or communication cables are not at fault.

NOTE: Start with step 2) if scan tool uses an external power supply.
