Circuit Description

Barometric pressure sensor reading is displayed from PCM when ignition is on, engine is off, and at wide open throttle. Barometric pressure sensor represents barometric pressure and is used to compensate for altitude changes. DTC P1451 will set when difference between barometric pressure and manifold absolute pressure is 9.7 psi (0.7 kg/cm² ) or more.
