Engine Main Relay

Engine main relay is located in fuse/relay box. Using a DVOM, check for continuity between relay terminals No. 2 and 4. Figure or Figure . If continuity does not exist, replace relay. Connect battery power and ground across terminals No. 1 and 3. Continuity should exist between terminals No. 4 and 5 when relay is energized. Replace relay if operation is not as specified.
