Removal & Installation

Remove distributor cap and rotor. Remove CMP sensor cover. Remove CMP sensor screws and remove (CMP) sensor from distributor. To install, reverse removal procedure. Rotate signal rotor and align a signal rotor ridge to CMP sensor. Adjust air gap to .008-.016" (.20-.41 mm) and tighten CMP sensor mounting screws. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
