Insert a .14" (3.5 mm) feeler gauge between throttle stop screw and throttle lever. If Idle Speed Control ISC) motor plunger contacts throttle lever screw, bring engine to operating temperature. Using a Tech 1 connected to DLC, ensure TP sensor voltage is .98-1.02 volts. Adjust or replace TP sensor as necessary.
