Removal & Installation

  1. Relieve fuel system pressure. See FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE RELEASE. Siphon or pump fuel from tank.
  2. Remove rear seat cushion and service hole cover to gain access to wiring and fuel hoses. Disconnect fuel tank sending unit and fuel pump wiring harness connectors. Disconnect all fuel tank hoses and vapor line.
  3. Remove fuel tank sending unit through service hole. Remove fuel pump from fuel tank sending unit. To install, reverse removal procedure.
