Code 16, Pcm Control Signal, Pcm Failure
PCM has detected a failure in communication circuitry between electronic engine and electronic transaxle controls. PCM will no longer allow transaxle to go into a Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) lock-up condition. Replace PCM if Code 16 is set.
