EGR Temperature Sensor (Calif.)
- The EGR temperature sensor is located near EGR valve. Remove EGR temperature sensor. Immerse sensing portion of EGR temperature sensor in water.
- Heat water and note EGR temperature sensor resistance at specified temperatures. See EGR TEMPERATURE SENSOR RESISTANCE table. Replace EGR temperature sensor if not within specification.
