Shift Linkage

  1. Loosen shift control rod adjusting nuts on transmission end of shift linkage. Ensure that transmission lever is in the "N" position.
  2. Ensure gearshift lever is in the "N" position. Tighten adjusting nuts. Road test vehicle. Ensure shift lever moves properly and transmission operates smoothly.
