Light Switch

The lights are controlled with the instrument panel switches and a 3 position, push-button head lamp switch mounted on the left hand side of the meter hood.

The light switch is located in the cluster switch panel, left of the instrument panel cluster. The parking lamp switch activates the instrument panel lamps, front combination lamps, front side marker lamps, tail lamps, license plate lamps and rear side marker lamps. When the head lamp switch is depressed, all of these lamps plus the head lamps are illuminated. There is an alarm wired into the lamp switch that sounds if the head lamp or the parking lamp switch is depressed, the left door is open and the ignition key is in the OFF position.
