Removal & Installation (M/T)

  1. With ignition off, remove air cleaner assembly and unplug throttle switch connector. Remove switch from throttle body.
  2. To install, mount switch to body ensuring flat tang of shaft is positioned into switch. Rotate switch counterclockwise until it stops then turn switch clockwise to align switch slots with body holes. Install and tighten switch screws finger tight.
  3. To adjust switch, see THROTTLE SWITCH in ADJUSTMENTS article. Reconnect switch connector and install air cleaner.
