Diagnostic Aids

Water or foreign material can cause a no start during freezing weather. Engine may start after 5-6 minutes under heated area. Problem may not re-occur until an overnight park in the freezing weather. Low fuel pressure can result in a very lean air/fuel mixture ratio. See CHART A-7 in this article.
