Secondary Throttle Valve Angle

  1. Check full opening angle of secondary throttle valve. Fully open throttle lever and secondary throttle valve. Check angle of secondary throttle valve to bore using angle gauge. Valve angle should be 87 degrees. Adjust by bending secondary shaft lever. See Fig 1 .

  2. Check secondary throttle valve angle to bore when fully opening primary throttle valve. Valve angle should be 23 degrees. Adjust by bending secondary throttle shaft lever. See Fig 2 .
