Brush Replacement

Check for cracks and minimum length of .18-.22" (4.5-5.5 mm). If damaged or worn, replace brushes. Brushes should slide smoothly in holders. Install new springs when replacing brushes. Solder brush wire. New brush protrusion should be .41" (10.5 mm).
