Repair Procedures: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove the crash pad under cover.

    (Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD UNDER COVER ")

  3. Remove the glove box housing cover.

    (Refer to Body - "GLOVE BOX HOUSING COVER ")

  4. Remove the IBU wiring (A).

  5. Disconnect the IBU connectors (A).

  6. Remove the IBU (A), after loosening the mounting bolt and nuts.
