PTM is an automatic system that activates the PTL switch/remote controller/smart key to enable motor & load connected to motor gear and activate electronic actuators to lock or unlock the trunk lid latch to control the trunk lid. The PTM then monitors the condition of the trunk lid and performs a self-diagnosis function.
