DTC Information And Inspection: DTC Detecting Condition

Troubleshooting Condition Possible Cause
DTC Strategy
  • CAN Communication monitoring
  1. Poor connection
  2. Open or short in the CAN Communication Circuit
  3. Faulty E-Shifter
Enable Conditions
  • Time after TCM turns on is longer than 0.5 sec
  • Battery voltage is above 10V
  • Input speed more than 400 RPM
Threshold Value
  • E-Shifter CAN timeout is detected
Detecting Time
  • More than 2 sec
MIL ON Condition
  • 2 driving cycles
Fail Safe
  • Engine speed: Fix 3, 000 rpm
  • Throttle position: 50% recognized
  • Engine torque: Max * 0.7
