Steering Column Module (SCM) Switch

  1. Disconnect the battery negative (-) terminal.

    (Refer to Vehicle Control System - "AUXILIARY 12V BATTERY ")

  2. Remove the crash pad lower panel.

    (Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "CRASH PAD LOWER PANEL ")

  3. Remove the steering column shroud lower panel.

    (Refer to Body (Interior and Exterior) - "STEERING COLUMN SHROUD PANEL ")

  4. Disconnect the steering module switch connector and clip (A).

  5. Using the (-) driver, remove the steering column module switch (A).
