Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:
  • Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
NOTE:
  • When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
  • When removing the interior trim pieces, use a plastic panel removal tool not to damage the surface.
  • Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
  1. Lower the steering wheel.
  2. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the cluster fascia panel upper garnish (A).

  3. Remove the mounting clips, remove both front door body side weatherstrip (A).

  4. Using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad side cover (A).

  5. Remove the crash pad garnish

    1. Loosening the mounting screws, using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad garnish (A).

    2. Press the lock pin to detach the mood lamp connector (A).

    1. Loosening the mounting screws, using a screwdriver or remover, remove the crash pad garnish (A).

    2. Press the lock pin to detach the connectors (A).

  6. After loosening the mounting screw, remove the cluster facial panel (A).

  7. Install in the reverse order of removal.

    Information 

    • Replace any damage clips.
