  • Monitor fuel level sensor signal
  1. Poor connection or damaged harness
  2. Fuel Level Sensor
Prerequisite condition
  • Cumulative fuel consumption is more than 5.28 gal (20 liter) [30% of tank capacity]
  • Battery voltage is between 11V and 16V.
  • No relevant DTC is detected.
Threshold value
  • Filtered fuel tank level signal change after 30% of tank capacity fuel consumption is lower than 5%
Diagnosis Time
  • 20 liter fuel consumption
MIL On Condition
  • 2 times of 20 liter fuel consumption
