Service Data Analysis
- Self-diagnostic connector of the vehicle is connected to the GDS.
- Engine ON.
- Select the "Current Data".
- Select "Knob display" on the current data and check that it is within specification.
- Check whether the "Knob state" is within specification ?
YES
- After repair, when the fault codes were not erased or May be due to temporary malfunctioning by poor contact of the power side.
Check if the connector is loose, poor contact, bending, corrosion, contamination, alteration, or damaged.
- Repair or replace if necessary, after that go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " replacing the knob.
- After repair, when the fault codes were not erased or May be due to temporary malfunctioning by poor contact of the power side.
