Service Data Analysis
- Connect the self-diagnostic connector of the vehicle to the GDS.
- Engine ON.
- Select the "Current Data".
- Check the change of "lever position" valve By moving the lever.
Specification : See the reference waveform
- Is the sensor output measured within specification?
YES
- After repair, when the fault codes were not erased or May be due to temporary malfunctioning by poor contact of the power side.
Check if the connector is loose, poor contact, bending, corrosion, contamination, alteration, or damaged.
- Repair or replace if necessary, after that go to "VERIFICATION OF VEHICLE REPAIR " procedure.
NO
- Replace the E-SHIFTER.
- After repair, when the fault codes were not erased or May be due to temporary malfunctioning by poor contact of the power side.
