Repair Procedures: Removal
- Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Remove the crash pad lower panel.
(Refer to Body - "CRASH PAD ")
- Remove the knee airbag.
(Refer to Body - "KNEE AIRBAG (KAB) MODULE ")
- Remove the steering column.
(Refer to Body - "STEERING COLUMN AND SHAFT ")
- Disconnect AVN unit connector from the avm unit and loosen the mounting bolts. Then, separate the cable (B) and remove the avm unit.
