Repair Procedures: Inspection

  1. Turn ignition switch OFF and disconnect the negative (-) battery cable.
  2. Remove the crash pad side cover.

    (Refer to CRASH PAD Body )

  3. Remove the lower panel.

    (Refer to CRASH PAD Body )

  4. Remove the lower crash pad switch assembly by using the scraper and then disconnect the connectors.

  5. Check the continuity between the switch terminals as the ESC OFF switch is engaged.
