Repair Procedures: Replacement

CAUTION:
- Put on gloves to prevent hand injuries.
NOTE:
- When removing with a flat-tip screwdriver or remover, wrap protective tape around the tools to prevent damage to components.
- Take care not to scratch the body surface.
- Remove the inside rear view mirror cover.
(Refer to ELECTRO CHROMIC INSIDE REAR VIEW MIRROR "Electro Chromic Inside Rear View Mirror")
- Disconnect the inside rear view mirror connector (A) by pressing the clip.
- Loosen the mounted screws and push the ECM mirror base upward to remove the ECM mirror assembly (B).
- Install in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
- Be careful not to damage the windshield glass.
