Front Brake Disc Thickness Check

- Check the brake pads for wear and fade.
- Check the brake disc for damage and cracks.
- Remove all rust and contaminating materials from the surface, and measure the disc thickness at the place of 5mm from the outer circumference as the image below.
Standard Value:
34.0 mm (1.34 in)
Disc Min. Thickness:
32.4 mm (1.28 in)
- If the wear of the disc exceeds the limit specification, replace the discs on the left and right side and pad assembly.
