Repair Procedures: Inspection

[Resistance Inspection]
- Turn the Ignition Switch OFF.
- Remove the OTS. (Refer to "Removal" procedure below).
- After immersing the thermistor of the sensor into engine coolant, measure resistance between the OTS terminals 1 and 2.
- Check that the resistance is within the specification.OTS TERMINALS 1 & 2 RESISTANCE

[Voltage Inspection]
- Connect the GDS to DLC.
- Turn the ignition ON or idle.
- Check the OTS temperature in the GDS service data.
- Check that the resistance is within the specification.
