| Monitoring Period |
- When brake lamp relay drive OFF
- If the monitor of Brake Lamp Drive is ON for 500 msec
- If the monitor of Brake Lamp Relay is different from monitor of ESS Brake Lamp Relay for 3 sec. (ESS Brake Lamp Relay Applied Vehicle)
- If the monitor of Brake Lamp Relay is different from BLS signal for 3 sec. (ESS Brake Lamp Relay Not Applied Vehicle)
- When brake lamp relay drive ON
- If the monitor of Brake Lamp Drive is OFF for 500 msec
- If the monitor of Brake Lamp Relay is OFF for 500 msec

| Fail Safe |
- In case of DBC/AVH warning lamp equipped: Inhibit the HAC/DBC/AVH control and the DBC/AVH warning lamp is activated
- In case of DBC/AVH warning lamp not equipped: Inhibit the HAC/DBC/AVH control and the ESP (ESC) warning lamp is activated
