Circuit/System Verification

  1. Verify DTC U103E is not set
    • If the DTC is set 
  2. Clear DTC's and re-attempt DC discharging with a known good bi-directional DC charging station.
    • If DTC U103E is set 
    1. Replace the component: K16 Battery Energy Control Module
    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  3. Contact Bi-Direction charge station manufacturer for customer service.
