Installation Procedure

    Auxiliary Radiator Bracket (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Charge Air Cooler Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Shutter (1) - Install

    Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the electrical connector. (1)

    Ambient Air Temperature Sensor (1) - Install

    Ensure the ambient air temperature sensor retaining tabs are fully engaged in the ambient air temperature gauge sensor bracket (1).

  9. Connect the electrical connector. (2)

    With the aid of an assistant, install the fascia. (1) Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (- SD0) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (SD0)
