Installation Procedure
Rear Wheel Speed Sensor (2) - Install
- Connect the electrical connectors and install the wiring harness retainers as necessary. (1, 3)
- CAUTION:
Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (2) - Install
- Wiring Harness Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Install adhesive tape to the chassis rear wiring harness extension harness as necessary.
- Install the chassis rear wiring harness extension harness as necessary.
Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
Chassis Rear Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (2) - Install
- Wiring Harness Bracket Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Install the chassis rear wiring harness extension harness as necessary.
- Install the tape around the wiring harness as necessary.
- Install tie straps as necessary.
Apply a light coat of wheel speed anti-corrosion grease to the rear wheel speed sensor (1) and mounting pad on the rear axle housing. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Rear Wheel Speed Sensor (1) - Install
Rear Wheel Speed Sensor Bolt (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Install the left rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (RD6 / RPP) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (QW5 / R1U / R34 / PZX / PZI / RQ8 / RQL / RD4 / RD5 / RPS / NZS / NZT)
