Installation Procedure

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Install

    Fuel Tank Filler Hose (4) - Install

  3. Fuel Tank Filler Hose Clamp (3) - Tighten - Fuel Tank Filler Hose Replacement 
  4. Evaporative Emission Canister Vent Hose (2) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service 
  5. Fuel Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Connect - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

    Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Ground Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 9 N.m (80 lb in)

  8. Rear Wheelhouse Liner- Left Side - Install - Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (Equinox) , or Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement - Left Side (Terrain)
  9. Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing - Install - Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement (Equinox) , or Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement (Terrain)
  10. Refill the fuel tank.
