Installation Procedure
Starter (4) - Install
- Electrical Connector (2) - Connect
- Starter Solenoid Cable (1) - Install
- Starter Solenoid Cable Nut (3) - Install and tighten 12 N.m (106 lb in)
Starter Mounting Nut (1) - Install and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
- Starter Mounting Bolt (3) - Install and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
Starter Bracket (3) - Install
- Transmission Brace Bolt (2) @Starter Bracket (3) - Install and tighten 58 N.m (43 lb ft)
- Starter Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten 22 N.m (16 lb ft)
- Wiring Harness Retainer@Starter Bracket (3) Install
- Intake Manifold - Install - Intake Manifold Replacement
- Connect the negative battery cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
