Circuit/System Verification

NOTE:

The condition may be intermittent and require driving the vehicle, then reviewing the snapshot to verify resistance parameters do not drop out or spike. Refer to Testing for Intermittent Conditions and Poor Connections

Ignition On/Vehicle in Service Mode.
With passenger seat empty, verify the scan tool Passenger Seat Occupancy Status parameter is Empty Seat.
- If scan tool Passenger Seat Occupancy Status parameter is not Empty Seat
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- Go to next step: If scan tool Passenger Seat Occupancy Status parameter is Empty Seat
With the passenger seat occupied, verify the scan tool Passenger Seat Occupancy Status parameter is Occupied.
- If scan tool Passenger Seat Occupancy Status parameter is not Occupied
  Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- Go to next step: If scan tool Passenger Seat Occupancy Status parameter is Occupied
The condition is not currently present and may be an intermittent fault.
